"I had done the State Farm quote online and then I contacted the Reedsburg office and spoke directly with Lisbeth Desimone. Lisbeth not only verified that the online quote that I saw was correct, but she also listened to all of my questions and concerns, she answered everything with professionalism and great knowledge, she discussed different options that may best suit me when it came to my renters insurance, and she talked to me about the Drive Safe & Save program. I was extremely happy with everything we had talked about, so we set up my new auto and renters insurance policies.
