"I have been with State Farm for 35 years. After my last agent left unexpectedly with no follow up information I started to explore other agencies. Then I got emails and personal calls from Nicole Bellock. I assumed it would be a very impersonal "just stay" phone call. I have been proven wrong ever since! Nicole and I spoke on the phone. She spent time with me, reviewed current coverage, looked at ways to save money, and was a delight to speak to! All of the other ancillary staff have revealed to be just as amazing! I always receive responses to my calls. Libby is so easy to work with! She's knowledgeable, patient with my insurance ignorance, and CALLS ME to tell me my rates are going down!!!
